Training Terms and Conditions

Bookings & Payment

Bookings are confirmed once payment is received. Invoices must be paid by the due date stated.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations more than 14 days before the course: full refund

  • Cancellations within 14 days: 50% refund

  • Cancellations within 7 days: no refund

  • You may substitute a delegate at no additional cost.

Course Delivery

We reserve the right to:

  • Amend course content

  • Change trainers

  • Reschedule sessions (with reasonable notice)

Use of Materials

Training materials are for personal or organisational use only. Redistribution or commercial use is prohibited.

Behaviour & Conduct

We expect respectful, professional behaviour from all participants. We may remove delegates who breach this expectation.
